Shipping policy

Production Time

Most TCX products are made to order. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods or for certain products, production may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping

Orders under $75: $5.99 standard shipping.

Qualifying orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping.

Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to many destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery times vary by country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the label is created.

Multiple-Item Orders

Items may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Carrier Delays and Missing Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If tracking stops updating for an extended period or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at support@shoptcx.com and we will help investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
